2024 has been an extraordinary year for The Frostery—a journey of artistry, inspiration, and collaboration that’s taken us from the rolling edges of the Cotswolds, the green hills of Wales to the majestic landscapes of Scotland. Along the way, we’ve had the honor of creating wedding cakes that are as unique as the couples they celebrate.
This year, my designs have been deeply inspired by the grandeur of baronial architecture, the romance of English country gardens, the intricate details of gothic cathedrals and the elegance of chinoiserie wallpaper.
Each creation has been brought to life with our signature handmade sugar flowers, and often adorned with delicate sugar butterflies and berries—turning sugar into art and cakes into memories.
But what I love most about my work is the journey from idea to execution. Weddings are a world of dreams, but I know those dreams can be hard to pin down. That’s where I thrive. At The Frostery, I invite couples to come to me with nothing more than a vision, a vibe, or a simple idea.
